Provide Estimate

Provide Estimate: (via email or in person) Austen will provide a quick turn around with a detailed estimate and itemized scope of work. At 512 Remodel, we respect our customer's time and understand patience when making a remodeling decision is a virtue. We always recommend our customers obtain multiple estimates and ask any and all questions they have pertaining to the project before proceeding.

Contract Approval and Scheduling

Contract Approval and Scheduling: (via phone, email or in person) Once a decision is made and the scope of work is finalized, you will receive the estimate back in the form of a contract to be signed by both parties. This protects you as the customer and 512 Remodel as the service provider and ensures we are contractually obligated to complete the work to standard. Once we have a signed contract, we will proceed to scheduling your project at our earliest date available. We will bill half of the contract amount up front (due before the job start date) and the second half payable after satisfactory inspection when the project is complete. Some larger remodeling projects may require periodic payments as the project progresses.

Final Design and Material Decisions

Final Design and Material Decisions: Some decisions are best made in showrooms of trusted local partners and some are best made by bringing the material to the project and seeing the options at home. As the project start date approaches, we will work closely with you to finalize design and material decisions.

Follow-up

Follow-up: Don't worry, when the job is done we won't disappear. We will be available for any questions or concerns and will follow-up with you periodically after the project to ensure you are still satisfied with our work. Our goal is to earn your business and in doing so, earn repeat business and referrals. The only way we can achieve that is by standing by our work and maintaining a high standard for workmanship and professional service.
